Yauatcha, the dim sum teahouse from London is set to unveil a
refreshed ‘Taste of Yauatcha’ menu across its locations in India. The five
course menu curated by Head Chef Wang Yixuan will feature a soup and a salad, 2
varieties of dim sums followed by mains and a dessert.
The meticulously created menu includes Yauatcha’s delicious
offerings designed specifically to sit back and enjoy a hearty meal with your
loved ones amidst the beautiful interiors of the restaurant. Start off the set
course meal with the slightly tangy Hot and sour soup with shredded chicken or
the subtly flavoured Asian greens soup with tofu followed by Mixed salad with
lotus root.
At Yauatcha, one cannot miss out on the delicious dim sum with a
myriad of vegetarian and non vegetarian options like the Chicken char sui bun,
Chicken and coriander dumpling, Chicken and prawn Har Gau or the Vegetable
crystal dumpling, Vegetable chive dumpling and Truffle and English carrot
dumpling. For the mains, one can opt in for either the Stir-fry French beans,
Stir-fry vegetables with fragrant chili sauce or the Wok fried vegetarian
chicken in spicy saucefrom the vegetarian menu or the Stir-fry kamheong lamb,
Stir-fry chicken with Szechuan peppercorn, Steamed Indian salmon in spicy black
bean sauce accompanied with Chinese greens from the non vegetarian menu. You
can pair this up with eitherHo fan noodle or the Chicken or Tobanfried rice to
cater to varied palates.
